Based on the design method of using just one geometric shape, I designed and build this chair. The triangle provides a design challenge in terms of stability, ways of construction and comfort. The use of the triangle makes the chair look more dynamic and stand out differently from every angle. The chair consist of 3 triangles and 3 points that touch the floor. The larger triangle in the back is leaning forward slightly to provide more stability. The back support is made out of bent and veneered plywood that has been curved in a round chape and tilted backwards in order to make the chair more comfortable.
